The races of Skyrim are woefully unbalanced in the original game. Breton's are simply the best race. This mod seeks to imporove all races by adding lore friendly abillities that enhance what a race excels at. This mod avoids nerfing races current abilities and avoids forcing certain races into playstyles by nerfing their abilities elsewhere.

This mod has not been extensively tested. Updates will be made as I test it out. Any suggestions are welcome.
I have made the following to all the races:

Argonian:
Modified Resist Disease. Gains 50% resist poison in addition to resist disease.
Added Guerilla Tactics. Improves sneak by 15%.

Breton:
Modified magic resistance. 15% instead of 25% (The only "nerf" in this mod)
Modified Dragonskin. Adds a small amount of magicka regeneration in addition to magic absorption.

Dark Elf:
Added Destructive affinity. Reduces the cost of destruction spells by 15%.
Moddified Ancestor's Wrath. Boosts destruction spells power by 100% in addition to the flame cloak.

High Elf:
Modified Highborn. In addition to extra magicka, it grants 50% faster magicka regeneration.
Added Blessing of Aetherius. All spells cost 10% less.
Added Magic Overflow. Reduces magic resistance by 10%.

Imperial:
Added Imperial March. Imperials ignore armor movement penalty.
Added Imperial Tongue. Improves persuasion attempts by 20%.
Added Imperial Discipline. Increases rate of leveling by 5%.

Khajiit:
Modified Claws. Changed damage from 12 to 15. (Might as well make the text accurate)
Added Feline Movement. Khajiit gain a 20% bonus to sneak.
Beast's Endurance. Grants Khajiit more 50 stamina and faster stamina regeneration. (They needed just a little more of a boost)

Nord:
Added Thu'um Master. Reduces the cool-down time of all shouts by 10%.
Added Barbarian Blows. Nords do 5% additional damage with two-handed weapons.

Orc:
Added Pride of Orsinium. Orcs get a 25% bonus to smiting.
Added Magic resistance. Orcs gain 5% resistance to magic.

Redguard:
Added Hearty Constitution. Increases health regeneration in combat by 20%.
Added Masters of the Blade. Increases one-handed damage by 5%.

Wood Elf:
Added Marksman's Precision. Increases archery damage by 10%. and increases draw speed of bows.
