FYI You can install the no helmet mod and play with the hooded version without seeing the horrible morokai, all you gotta do when u reload is drop/pickup/re equip the mask and it will show you without the mask and work properly
Yep that's normal. No work around for that bug as of yet. Even when they do quash it, I'm pretty sure you will still see the Dragon Priest hood over the mage robes one. That's why I choose to give up the +50 mana and get the hoodless version.
I've been trying to do a compatible version of the DP hoods, but the clipping is so bad that even with a decent color match it still looks bad.
while wearing morokei, i do not see my character's head, but I know this is a bug. reloading the savedata works around it, but the hood that I see is the morokei's one, not the robe's one. Is it normal?
To get the hoodless version, which is in the game files, but not included anywhere in the game I can see. You must open your console with the ~ and type player.additem 7C932 1
Keep in mind, you don't get the +50 to mana with the hoodless version, but you do get all the other benefits.
