Use this if you want to stick with vanilla style Raise Dead spells, instead of the new style, (turning corpses into Zombies)

Use this if you want Transmute Blood to be a Spell and not a Lesser Power. (Update includes the penalty for Stone of Atronach to the cost and effect of the spell)
