Go for it. There's a pretty bad bug I never fixed with purchasing Breezehome upgrades, though. I haven't touched Skyrim modding in years.

I'll see and report back here if I get any luck.If you want me too I'd be happy to port it to sse as long I get your permission. If not it's alright
I just begin using the creation kit mainly for porting and somewhat making designs and/or using designs for my own purposes
I liked this mod back on oldrim but when I moved to sse things got difficult for me to enjoy certain mods
I may have another mod in the making
Something that may benefit from hardcore players especially

If you want to port it, you certainly have my permission. As far as I'm concerned, all of my mods are open for whatever anyone wants to use them for at this point, as long as credit is given.

Is it compatible with "Winterhold expanded ruins" and "Winterhold ruins - house and forge addon"?

Is this mod compatible with Qaxe's Winterhold Rebuild?

Also, is the Breezehome bug fixed?

I haven't updated any of my mods in an incredibly long time. I apologize for the bugs, but no, I have no plans on fixing them any time in the near future. It would require more time than I have to dedicate.

Hey, great mod, truly loving it as its not too extravagant and lore friendly, i will note that i loaded this on an old save, or rather my current playthrough and the house and companion worked perfectly and i have seen no bugs or glitches at breezehome, however at the time of install breezehome was fully upgraded and i had not yet traveled to or discovered winterhold so i dont know if thats how i avoided the aforementioned bugs. Thought i would let you know and express my appreciation for this wonderful addition to my game, thank you

This looks very interesting and certainly fits with Winterhold, One question though, is this mod compatible with ETaC? If you don't use ETaC could you post an image showing its location please?

Just for reference, in case others are wondering, since I know this is an old comment ;P

It's 100% compatible with ETaC, after a tiny edit. Nothing is clipping, floating or broken, but...
ETaC plops a wall right in front of the door, though removing it leaves a clean walking path to the house.
If you walk between the inn and broken down building, the house is in front of you, slightly to the left.

Just disable the chunks of wall immediately facing it with the console.
The end of the wall behind the inn has a finished edge, so it won't leave any weird gaps or anything afterwards.

This mod is incompatible with mod that changes Breezehome such as Breezehome TNF.

I have no idea why that would be, as this mod does not make any changes to Breezehome. What issues are you experiencing?

When I tried to upgrade the alchemy/child's room, neither of them did upgrade. I checked tes5edit to see what mods did affect these are, and Winterhold Housecarl as one of them. Unistalling the mod allowed me to properly upgrade the house.

Right... Well, since I didn't actually touch that quest at all, I have absolutely no idea how that would be the case. I've also never experienced the issue, and you're the first one to report it. I have to imagine the issue is on your end, somehow. Why uninstalling this mod fixed it, I can't say, but I can virtually guarantee that this is not at fault.

Alright, having tested it myself, I need to apologize. Yes, there seems to be something very, very wrong here, and I have absolutely no idea what. Having checked in the Creation Kit, there are no edits to the script or quest controlling Breezehome's upgrades. However, I did have the quest open for an extended period while I was working on the mod, as I originally intended to integrate Jadarrheim into the vanilla quest, or model my own off of it.

I will try to fix this as soon as I can, but that may be a while, as I can't find the source of the issue. If you could perhaps try cleaning it in TESVEdit to see if that changes anything, I would appreciate the help.

If you right-click a mod (or a sub-section of a mod) in tes5Edit, there is a line reading "Remove Identical to Masters". Using this on your mod removes 35 records that were included but were unchanged from Skyrim.esm or Updated.esm.

Your mod adjusts a door at Sylgja's House and the placement of Lydia at Breezehome. Deleting all of "Cell / Block 0" in your mod (where these two changes are located) does not lead to any errors (per tes5edit). I have yet to double check it in-game, but this might remove the problems some are having at Breezehome. I suspect that either 1) two Lydias were forming on top of each other, or 2) Lydia's initial position was moved such that she was overlapping with a wall or item, and that whichever of these was the issue may have been the source of the Breezehome crash, but this is just a guess on my part.

As a further potential issue to consider, this mod does not carry forward any of the updates from USLEEP. On the other hand, many of those updates require Hearthfires, which your mod does not require (and therefore may not be compatible with), so it is possible that forwarding these updates may lead to new problems.

Also, a question, your mod has 2 scripts, but the source folder for your scripts contains 10 (uncompiled) scripts. Is this an issue? Or are the other 8 scripts the ones from vanilla Skyrim you examined to create your own scripts?
