As stated in the description, I am unable to remove the popup. I have looked in all the mining scripts and It just does not show up, so I am at a loss as to what happened to it and why it pops up. I tried for a long time to fix this, but could not. so I apologize for the inconvenience. still it is not too much of a pain to just okay the message.
to get to sanctuary you need to find the corpse of Abu bin A'zar. his corpse is located in Bleak Falls Barrow near Riverwood. as you enter the last chamber with the word wall, turn and go toward the right, jump up on the ledges there, and you will see Abu off to the side. I have a couple of images in the Info folder that unpacked with the mod that show Abu and where he is. on his corpse find a teleport spell. read (learn) the spell, select it from your magic menu and use it. you will be teleported to sanctuary, you will arrive standing on the teleport terminal.
to leave sanctuary you return to the teleport terminal activate the control console and select what you want to do. you can return to where you teleported from, teleport to Whiterun where you can sell a bunch of stuff, or cancel the action. I did it this way for two reasons, one so I could have multiple options for leaving sanctuary, and secondly because if you accidently use the teleport spell while in sanctuary, you have a way to get out, by going to whiterun. the teleport spell just sends you to sanctuary and marks the location where you used the spell, so if you are in sanctuary, you would just teleport back and never be able to get out. hope you enjoy the mod.
I am not familiar with Ordinator. Go through my readme or the description here. if I am not changing anything that Ordinator is changing then there should not be any conflict. if Ordinator changes things that I change, like the amount of money a vendor has, then it may still work fine. the order that a mod loads determines the final way something acts. so for the vendor money, if you load my mod last, the vendor money will function as my mod specifies, Skyrim will ignore the method used by Ordinator. if it is something more involved like cut scenes or quest functioning, then there could be (but not necessarily be) a conflict. hope that helps a little.

Interesting combination and idea, good mod.
