    Load Order Suggestion
Place whatever version of "Height Adjusted Races" as low in your load order as possible. Also be aware that there are MANY mods out there that affect races that could override HAR. So please be mindful of that.

    Example 1:
    Skyrim.esm
    All other ESM's
    All other ESP'S
    Height Adjusted Races.esp
    Height Adjusted Races - Dragonborn.esp
    Height Adjusted Races - Dawnguard.esp
Height Adjusted Races - True Giants and Mammoths
    Grand Dragons.esp

    Example 2:
    Skyrim.esm
    All other ESM's
    All other ESP'S
Height Adjusted Races with True Giants.esp
    Grand Dragons.esp

    Upgrading Tips and Troubleshooting

If you notice that after you upgrade or you just notice in general that a character isn't the right height (due to the leaning/scaling "bug") you can use a couple console commands to set things right.

getscale - this let's you see the height of the character you are looking at. For example, a Nord woman's "getscale" info should be "GetScale >> 1.00 (with base 1.04)". If it's not you can reset the characters height by using...

setscale 1 - This command will reset a characters height to what it's supposed to be. It can also be used to make your character ridiculously large... but i don't recommend that.

    News and Announcements

    Version 6 is done...

All ESP's mentioned and that are available can be used by themselves, that means they all can be considered standalones if you so choose. No ESP is dependent on any of the other so if you only want to use one then just use one with no worries. I just want to make that clear before we proceed...

    ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Main Versions (With Larger Giants , Mammoths and DLC's): These are "complete" versions!
Height Adjusted Races with True Giants
Height Adjusted Races with True Giants - Smaller Giants Edition

Note: You do not need the DLC Only or True Giants Only ESP's with these two versions!

Note 2: There will not be an Oblivion or Morrowind Lore Height version for "Height Adjusted Races with True Giants". My reasoning for that decision is because the three main versions are so close to one another that it's redundant to make them. So, the version of HAR i decided to use was "Height Adjusted Races". I know this may disappoint some of you but you can always go the modular way if it's that important to you.

    ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Main Versions (Without Larger Giants and Mammoths): Choose only one!
    Height Adjusted Races
Height Adjusted Races - Oblivion Lore Heights
Height Adjusted Races - Morrowind Lore Heights

DLC Only Versions: Use these along with the main versions (without giants) you choose. DLC is required!
    Height Adjusted Races - Dawnguard
    Height Adjusted Races - Dragonborn

True Giants Only Versions: Choose only one and use along with the main versions (without giants).
    True Giants and Mammoths
True Giants and Mammoths - Smaller Giants Edition

Note: You can use either of the "True Giants and Mammoths" ESP's as standalones if you only want larger Giants and Mammoths without the other race changes.

    ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Player Races Only Versions: Choose only one ESP that comes in the All-In-One (AIO) file.
Height Adjusted Races - Player Races Only
Height Adjusted Races - Player Races Only - Morrowind Lore Heights
Height Adjusted Races - Player Races Only - Oblivion Lore Heights

This is the bare-bones edition and has no race edits outside of the main playable races.

    ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Other Stuff: These can be used with any version.
    Grand Dragons
    Louder Giants (sound files)
True 1st Person View by Race

Edit: I still have to update "True 1st Person" but there is no need to be alarmed. You can use any of the first person skeletons that are in the 5b version. I didn't change the heights around too drastically, so yeah... I'll get to that when i can.

    Okay that's it.

Would it be okay if I use the animal and giants heights from this in a mod pack bundle for Xbox? You'll be credited.

Nevermind I'm removing animal heights from the mod pack bundle as it just randomly stopped working. I'll add in my own. Great mod I bet. I'll credit you anyways for inspiring me to do my own heights.

Even though this is old, I think this is the best height mod. Using the Morrowind one and it's easy to tell racial differences for both genders now. A lot of the other height mods made women too short IMO. I needed the tol warrior women.  Thank you for this.

Does this affect frost trolls? Cause I keep seeing them get stuck in narrow caves

The SE port of this doesn't have the 1.5x size option. I'm trying a conversion (just saving the plugin in CK), hope it works.

If anyone wants to try my 1.5x size SE conversion here are mine. Hope it works, it should. The first one affects all Races where
the second file is only Giants and Mammoths:

Would it be possible if you could add this mod to SSE? I'm finding there's not a proper mod there that has the same in depth changes that you made. Also I'm partial to the Oblivion heights and no one has come out with a mod for it yet.

This mod copies values from skyrim.esm and alters height values so... ?
I assume that you don't have that issue without this mod?

It turned out that the mod on Naked Giants rewrites the textures and meshes of the High Giants + I thought that I put only SOS for the Giants (as plagin for SOS full), but it turned out that this is also part of the fashion about the Naked Giants and Giantess(Girl), and that they need their meshes and textures!

Is it a bad idea to switch the type of esp mid save? I just noticed my orc is short lol and I want to switch to the oblivion heights version.

    Edit
It worked fine. Much better lol

Probably they have the keyword "ScaleToRace". Use one of those mods to fix it.
