I'm currently setting up my first attempt at modded Skyrim and I decided to go all-out with the Skyrim Revisted mod list. This mod is part of said list, but when I try to go to the mod page, it says the author of the mod has made this file hidden.
Apparently, there are no alternative locations for this download. Is this file stil available somewhere? If not, what would be a good replacement? I'm not yet familiar with most of the mods, so suggestions are always welcome.
And considering I've redone my LOD to the letter of the instructions five or more times now, and looked in the CK to see what LOD is assigned to that top half (there isn't)... I honestly do hate to say, because this is a fantastic mod, but it looks like the Western watchtower is borked.
for some reason i get purple lods for forts but just the lods are purple, im using better dynamic snow and the patch, also i put the files for amidianborn forts manually in the correct folder before running dyndolod and checked in tes5edit if something is overwriting spice of life forts esp and all looks good so what could be causing it?also in mod organizer left tab nothing is overwriting spice of life forts, any idea?
You need to also run Texgen and install its output before running Dyndolod. Tengen is needed to create the correct LOD textures for all the forts then DynDOLOD will assign everything accordingly. You didn't mention this, so maybe you missed this step?
So I'm having the same issue, altho only with forts in the southern holds. I did merge the .esp for this mod into another that no longer has the same name as this one, do you think that would confuse dyndolod?
Yeah, I even thought I found the problem when Texgen had folders with no files in my MO setup, but re-running it fixed that, then I ran Dyndolod after but still blue forts, still only the ones in the warmer regions. I made sure to start fresh and with MO I can see nothing is overwriting anything. Should there be any Sice of Life folders created in any of the Dyndolod applications? Because I don't see any from Texgen or otherwise. I may just put your mod all the way at the top of my load order, re-run Dyndolod and see if that fixes it. Then at least I'll know if it's an .esp conflict or not.
This fort uses the aMidianBorn Imperial Forts vanilla style wall for its textures. So you need to manually install that, which maybe you haven't? You can read step 3 in the install instructions

Did you by any chance find a solution? My xEdit-fu is not strong enough to figure this out - not entirely sure it is even solvable via xEdit.
Mod description page shows 4K option...but there was no folder for 4K in the archive, only 2K and 1K.
Can I still use 4K aMb vanilla wall files or do I need the 2K files?
