The pictures absolutely don't do this justice, especially at night, with all the lanterns shining. It's gorgeous.

I start lagging (full version) around Pineview, and it took me a few tries to even get in. My system is only a couple months old. Having said that, I'm keeping this (and endorsing it) because it's worth it. I'm adopting some street urchins and letting them play in it ASAP. With the outside kitchen, I don't have to feel guilty about building an armory inside instead. I love the cosmetic changes to the outside, other than the structure too. The garden is really cute, and overall, there's just a more tranquil vibe to the place.

I have a little issue. There are two cows that moved into my alchemy tower, and they won't move. They stare at me, helpless. It's not a huge complaint, and I laugh at the goofiness every time. I can't remember the order I built the tower and the animal pen in, but it might be something to watch out for. I haven't ordered any cows otherwise. I don't even have a steward. I built everything, and it was normal. Then, I ran around killing things for a bit, came back, and suddenly, cows.

I'm using Lakeview Lost Gardens Redone (a cave below the cellar), and that and the portal to House Nuule work fine. Zero complications.

If your system can handle this addition, it's very worthwhile to have. I'm really enjoying it.

Ok ~ I installed both the ‘full’ and the ‘simple’ versions to test them and see what was actually there. The full looks like the screenshots the modder put up. The simple eliminates most of the ‘playland’ items, leaving the outdoor kitchen, the rear animal pen area, and the garden area. The entire outside is built and there when you first visit the property. You build your home as you see fit. The basement/extended basement (Hearthfire extended) are not touched and work as intended.
I use quite a few Lakeview mods, and all but one of them are working.
Lakeview Mowed grass ~ works as intended although pretty much a moot point with this mod installed.
Hearthfire Balconies ~ works as intended and looks like it belongs.
Hearthfire Cheat Chests (don’t use now but put in to test) ~ works fine.
FM Lakeview Library ~ works as intended (underground access from starter house)
Hearthfire Lakeview Huntershack ~ worked fine until I built the rest of the home at which point the walls became invisible lol. I normally turn Lakeview into a full ‘farm’ and only use the small starter home so I have more land for the farm.
Hearthfire attacks disabled ~ works as intended
More soils for Hearthfire gardens (bugsbunny4president) ~ works as intended EXCEPT the barrels used to create planters in this mod are there.
Lakeview Cabin (not using, but added it to test) ~ works fine/no clipping with the simple version.
MLRose’s Bedroom/Library (not currently using but added to test) ~ works as intended. I didn’t add the starter/front room mod, but since the huntershack works, I’m ‘assuming’ it would work as well.
Hearthfire Extended ~ Cook ~ works
    Laborer ~ works
    Servant ~ works
Guards ~ works but the pathing is completely gone. They get stuck everywhere.
Cow and chickens ~ hmmmm. You must buy the animal pen (even though it won’t show up) before purchasing them. They sandbox in the small stable area behind the home, but mine were clipped through the ground and wandering aimlessly in the great blue underworld).
Carpenter’s workbench can be built and dropped, and furniture can be built ~ but I can’t get Jaxonz positioner to work (ANYwhere btw, including in other homes, other towns, etc.).

    Issues ~ No Jaxonz ?
The grindstone and armorer’s bench are in the middle of the walkway and I can’t move them (no Jaxonz).
Animals clip through the ground. Various workers (servant, etc.) and Rayya clip through the ground/get stuck in furnishings.
As mentioned, I got horrid fps dropping with the full version installed. With the simple, I had no lag, but I had several CTD’s.
Apiary and churn are vanilla ~ and can’t be upgraded using Hearthfire extended without accepting them being dumped where they get dropped.
If you build the starter home and add the main house, it extends back to the animal pen. If you add any of the options for the wing (storage, alchemy tower, etc.) it extends almost to the animal pen gate ~ meaning all of the rear area for the animals is covered by the house itself.

I’m going to endorse this because for someone who wants something for a lot of followers, ready built (except for the house/furnishings), and likes lots of gizmos (elevators, etc.), this is a great addition as far as mods go (and definitely different). A lot of work went into it and it is clean as far as TES5 goes. There are numerous eating/relaxing areas, lots of great views from up on top, and plenty to keep followers occupied.

Since I can’t use Jaxonz, I likely won’t be using it. I’m kinda sad about that, but I can’t stand the vanilla/Hearthfire layouts, I add things extensively outside the home (barns, farm animals, a pond!, etc.). If I can’t do that I’ll stick with what I’ve got now (no offense to the modder because I really LOVE the garden area, the outdoor kitchen, and the animal pen moved to the rear) These are huge improvements imo, but I love my Jaxonz. Can’t live without it. I’ll be tracking to see if this is an issue with my machine, or intentional on the part of the modder. If it is resolved/fixed, I will absolutely use this in a later play through. Btw, this mod appears to have disabled Jaxonz entirely. I uninstalled and reinstalled it to make sure, but it doesn’t work in any other town or any of my other homes. If it did, I’d likely use this mod now … but I won’t give up that ability to move/change homes to suit my tastes. I'll definitely endorse it though.

Thanks for the detailed write up! You could try Cobb Positioner(http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74768/?) and see if that works as a working replacement for Jaxonz.

I'm happy to report that Jaxonz Positioner still works fine for me with this mod. Perhaps some conflict from your particular mod combo for LVM causes it to stop working for you?

I've considered Cobb Positioner (tracking it), but haven't downloaded it yet. Jaxonz normally does all that I need.

I hadn't changed anything in my load order other than to add this mod and the Lakeview mods for testing. None of them ever affected Jaxonz before. I'll try it again though in a few days and see what happens. Right now I'm in the middle of a new playthrough and just want to get my dragon fighting skills back to something over 50. Fwiw, my "Lakeview Manor" in this round has NO home, just barn, garden, and a lot of animals.

I built the starter house, made Rayya my steward, hired a laborer and servant (via Hearthfire Extended), made them all followers via AFT, and deleted the house. I have them all hanging out next door at Lakeview Cabin while I finish the 'farm'. I'd build the starter house if I had more space behind it (which is why this mod interested me in the first place ~ that garden and the outdoor kitchen looked about perfect) ... except my barn has 7 stalls plus a chicken coop on one side and a goat shed in the rear. There's a pond with geese and ducks, sheep wandering through the orchard, pigs in their pen, in addition to two cows and my horses. The garden has 120 plots ... a fence with grapes growing on in, and a small smithy under a roof behind it. I added a full windmill to the grainmill, need to plant more flowers around the Apiaries, and toss in a beehive so there are actually bees flying around yet. The husband laughs at me because outside of our little cabin I have goats, pigs, chickens, peafowl, guineas, a donkey, rabbits, etc. ~ wants to know why I need another farm in my dragon fighting fantasies *G*. But ... Jaxonz is necessary for that! I'll definitely test it agan. It's good to know it works for someone else. Thanky!

You're welcome! I hope you were just having some strange but temporary glitch (cuz we all know Skyrim can be like that when it's in a mood <grin> and that it will deign to allow Jaxonz to resume working again for you. <fingers crossed>

I HAD to give this a shot. Did a clean save and first tried the simple model. It's lovely and worked fine though there was an FPS hit. The outdoor kitchen is a great idea and as Lierin stated, having the animal pen is the back is good. So far, so good...on to the extended version. lol

It's insane! It's a good insane but McDonald's playland is a perfect example. Places to sit here, places to eat there, places to sleep everywhere. There are ladders to the rooftops, then bridges over to other rooftops, etc, etc. There's a pretty garden and a pond. Tons of hard work in this mod.

    Endorsed.

Please explain more about what this mod is, what it does and anything else we should know about. Blindly installing mods is kind of frowned upon unless there's a pretty clear description about it and "full ver" doesn't really make sense to me at least, what does it mean? You won't update it anymore? Try this format:

    What is this mod?
-- Explain what it is here, perhaps have a youtube video showing more about it --

    How to install
    -- Explain this here --

    How to uninstall
    -- Explain here --

    Compatibility issues
-- Write them here and explain what you used to make this so that we know what it may or may not be compatible with --

    Credits or Related Mods
-- Any additional credits / related mods to this one ---

    Have a nice day!

Unfortunately, I don't think English is his primary language.

Although this has to be the most eclectic Hearthfire mod I ever seen so far.

I downloaded and installed this (the full version) into a test game. First ~ tons and tons of work went into this. It's like an adult McDonald's playland complete with working elevators, an outdoor kitchen, bridges, steps everywhere, and well done (so far). The entire exterior is 'done' when you arrive at the property for the first time, except for the house. That gets built as you normally would.

I AM experiencing horrid fps drop though, something I normally don't have an issue with. I'm taking screen shots as I go, and will report any conflicts with other mods that I'm using. I may also try the 'simple' version and see how that one loads and what performance issues I do/don't have with it. I will say it's worth a look-see though. It's definitely different than any other Lakeview mod I've looked at. I'll get screens up sometime this evening.

I don't find it particularly clear how or when this should be installed
