THIS in combination with wintermyst mod & Complete crafting overhaul mod is a thing of beauty. I personally always found the maximum vanilla Enchanting/Alchemy/Smithing perks anti-climatic. No more! I recently discovered a piece of armour with a "movement speed boost when out of combat". Learned the enchantment & applied it onto a new armour with your mod. The result? A 400% speed boost to me when out of combat. I also applied a "dragon wings" mod so that no matter how far i fall I receive no damage because of the wings. I am now HULK JUMPING AROUND SKYRIM !! Some times I move faster than my computer can draw the graphics lol. I've learned to use smaller gems to reduce my speed enchantments now to more manageable levels reducing graphical pop up issues & its amazing. Permanent mod in my load order thank you very much for this work.
