It's not a question of whether or not my computer can handle it, because of course it can. It's just a question of whether if such a texture size necessary for this particular object on my particular Skyrim setup. I already have a ton of texture mods, a demanding ENB, and I am pushing the plugin limit with overhauls and script heavy mods.
I asked for a 1k texture because, while I enjoy his retexture, didn't think that this particular object necessitates such a texture of that size to be assigned to it on my setup. Also, I know there are several people out there who have similar setups to mind, and may follow a similar logic when installing retextures. I don't see why there was a call to be rude, Novem99.
I didn't want to be rude. But I just never get why people still demanding blurry 1k textures instead of being happy that we are provided with great 2k or even better 4k textures.
I'll refer you to my above comment. To me, it hardly seems necessary. This is already a small object, and not one that I spend a great deal of time looking at in-game. Thus, I think I 1k texture is more suitable for it.
I also did it, but I will say frankly that I really like the Vanilla version, and try to still do RETEX Vanilla, similar to the original, good work, (it seems to me that you can easily sharpen texture in PS) I hope to see more of your work very modder makes plants in Skyrim, !)support, thanks
