I have skyrim SE and got some of these to work by typing "bat allshouts" basically leave out the get or you can rename the file allshoutsget and it should also work. i did get 252 dragon souls but only 72 total words of power (that's 24 shouts) . Most got an error that said something like compiled script not saved, Item 'xxxxxxxxx' not found for paramter word of power.
according to the wiki there are only 23 official shouts so i guess it is working if you follow my advice above.
What would be nice is if he did a version of this that had only the shouts found in dungeons that are NOT part of the main quest line. but anyway ty for the great mod!
this batch file is "file" type. There are many shouts dlc i assume that are 0xx00 basically with the x's. I cant change them because i cant open the file. So the dlc shouts i cant access through this batch file.
