1. Assuming that you are using Mod Organizer, try to install the original Leather Backpack mod first with the black option. 2. Install this mod, select the Button version, then fabric/color options. 3. Make sure that this mod is loaded below the original Leather Backpack in the mod list.
Otherwise you may have to install the mod manually by extracting the chosen color textures directly into the directory where the backpack texture is located.
NOTES REGARDING SSE
This texture pack can be used in Skyrim Special Edition without any conversion required.
Thank you for you textures, they gave me a nice idea. Anyway i don't like the "brand new" overall aspect of them, there should be way more wrinkles. Being the only mod of this kind around: very well done. Endorsed.
EDIT: I use this on SSE, the picture refers to SSE ;D
Thanks for making this. I really use that backpack all the time and while some of the textures were passable you couldn't take proper screen shots at all. This is great and definitely a welcome addition to my games.
Okay, now it makes sense because how you worded your comment and made things CONFUSING for me to understand what is wrong.
It looks like that way because the textures are DXT1 and not DXT5 or R8G8B8 for the sake of memory conservation, done it in the same way Gamwich did for his texture packs. So it doesn't look as "high res" as some expect it to be.
Furthermore I set up texture quality settings to iTexMipMapSkip=1 because my current video card can't handle iTexMipMapSkip=0 or ultra quality... and I have to save up for the next upgrade.
Actually, that acronym you saw is a bastardization of the acronym of the Philippines' largest phone company, not exactly known for quality service, but nonetheless a necessary evil.
