toned down various AI wall-hacking effects (it is not possible to eliminate this completely without severe side-effects).
increased AI reaction time in a few scenarios.
enemy detection ability is reduced when they are in combat with someone else

The length of time enemies search for you is more closely linked to how far open the sneak eye icon is. It will start to close a bit sooner, but also slower.
