This might be a bit late, but I figured it may help someone.
The mod is good and functional, but the Anti Magic Barrier's Magicka Drain effect does not get reduced by Restoration cost reduction. This might be intentional, but it makes things difficult for heavy armor mages, since the cost is about 64 a second with even with the relevant armor casting perk. This can be changed with TES5 Editor by opening the Magic Effect "REQ_RestEffect_WardSustain_Cost [Anti Magic Barrier (Magicka Drain)]," right clicking next to flags and turning "Power effects Duration" on. The spell tool tip will not update but the cost will be reduced properly.
Other than that, this mod is excellent. Playing with a race that has the undead trait is slightly less painful and yolo charging into bandit camps mid game is at least 30% less likely to end in sudden death syndrome.
Edit: The fix may not be completely correct, as it does reduce the spell's upkeep but it still drain's magicka in combat with 100% restoration cost reduction. Sadly, I'm not much of a modder and have no idea what the problem is.
Hi, yes it does require requiem as i reference the scripts that come with requiem. Sorry, i won't be doing a standalone version for the normal base game.
