Found it atlast, the location and the settings of the home is awesome. its between whiterun and windhelm, my main two cities, as I am Stromcloak. love it. absolutely love it, I have used a lot of House Mods, including Elianoras, but this House mod is by far the best, and most lore friendly of them all.
Man, I am surprised this mod has not gotten more endorsements! I think this mod is one of my top 3 favourite player homes! In any event, endorsed and kudos!
Very, very nice. It was worth the search to find it. Up loaded an interior shot of the bed. (safe for work type picture). After reading the other comments, I thought I would add that you can see my follower sleeping on the bed with my character, so yes a follower can use it.
I have to say that this mod is perfect. From the Whiterun market till find the house, learning the story, is priceless. The view and external area and the little spot outside for two is amazing And the inside house is even better, have absolute all that is needed. So rich in detais like: turnon/off lights, perfect storage's for all I need with names, the bottonless bag, the master double bed covers and the steam bathtube with shower, the firepit with the cooking pot and the decoration is all absolute perfect and well scripted I search for long time a perfect small house for two. And now I found the perfect one. Thank you so much 1xmiha !
PS: Serious I was so close to make one myself in CK, but I lack in the script part, then I find this and now you make my game PS2: People serious, if you are looking for a super well made small house mod for two, this is the one.
Look, am I doing something wrong? Found notes, no problem. But no hired thugs, no shrine (that I know of,) no other clues of any kind...and frequent CTDs on starting game. Exasperated, I uninstalled the mod.
Thats a first. I don't really know what you could be doing wrong. Maybe there is a mod you use that could be the conflinct. Also there are no hired thugs and the shrine is there, because Bethesda them self put it there .
Ah. Well, thanks for the fast reply. Still don't know where the shrine is, and I thought I knew Whiterun pretty well. Another poster mentioned the thugs (from Belethor?) Tried the mod again and it definitely seems to be causing the CTDs (though I guess the fault may lie with another mod not playing nice with it. Or could it be some kind of dependency issue?) Well, too bad. At any rate, I loved your Thur's Retreat and am looking forward to trying more of your house mods...
Took a tour of four of your player homes, Coldcliff Shelter, Snowdin Cabin, Thur's Retreat, and Watermist Cabin. I enjoyed all four, however brief the tour. While they are more claustrophobic than my typical house mods, they will make for a fun playthrough when I finally commit to a one free of follower add-ons. Thanks for sharing the great work! All four endorsed happily endorsed.
Just one question, I noticed that the sconce on the enchanting table does not seem to be working. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? Thanks.
Sounds good. Thanks for the speedy reply. I am using Merge Plugins and have merged this mod with a few other house mods to save room in my load order. That may be the cause of it. Thanks again.
SOLVED: Thanks again for the speedy reply. Just want to confirm that this was due to myself merging this mod with another one. After I unmerged the two mods this one worked perfectly. Thanks again! Cheers!
