i already killed Greed and opened the chest but it teleported me to the first stage of quest (the one where u open the chest and got trapped in a cage) but without the chest and now i cant get out from the dream. What should i do to get back to the real world?
EDIT : i used console command to teleport to whiterun, now im outside the dream.
Pretty sure I accounted for that. There should be dialogue box basically asking if you are ready to go to Greed, you can always answer no and do it at a later time.
Found a bug. The stairs going up to the golden doesn't load and causes a game crash and this is after you got both of the coins that sit on the pillars.
I'd steer clear of this if you're planning on a mod heavy playthrough. I can't say for certain how many of the crashes are my bad, but on the three different playthroughs I had with this mod I encountered more CTDs than anywhere else in the game. What I got to experience was pretty good so I'll try again on either vanilla or a light mod loadout.
So far, a few workarounds for CTDs required and upredictable platforming aside, I've had fun with this mod! The lush alternate reality, the meticulously-crafted new monsters to confront, the clever little tests of your generosity (or desire to steal anything shiny), the seething lava mechanic, and so much else about this mod have combined to make it a glorious experience!
Right up to the point where I FINALLY confront Greed itself in the final throne room, only to CTD right away without warning.
Does anyone around here have ANY idea what's going on???
I like all of your mods they are great. But right now right after the treasure guardian when you can go left or right to pick a coin. After I get the correct one and it says "a pathway has opened" the game immediately crashes for me. Any way I can skip this part to keep going?
Use "tcl" through the console to walk up to the dragon statue.
I think I know now what causes these crashes for ~5% of people: It is the meshes from a particular mod pack. Namely pretty much all the golden pots, cups, and all the other gold/treasure decoration.
They seem to be fine for most people, but for some (you) they cause issues (CTD at certain points). Which is unfortunate, and puts me in the position where I would either have to remove 90% of the decoration to benefit the 5%, or just leave it as is :/
