    Personally, I couldn't use this one because Windhelm is full of racist assholes; and I'm not exactly welcome back there after my last visit to the Candlehearth Hall. (In alcohol's defense, I've done some pretty stupid s#*! sober too.) But static or not, your mods are still very beautiful and always full of detail. Great job!

    Maybe a home in the Rift or Dawnstar? My options are limited, I've pissed off quite a few people.

      This isn't the correct forum, but you have a shallow view of the alleged "racism" in Windhelm. If you listen, you will see that it is more about assimilation...assimilation of outsiders into Nord culture and ways. And there is nothing wrong with that.

      But then, I think that many play a shallow Skyrim.

      Nah, they're racist. Some people just like to conceal their racism under a rhetoric of heritage and assimilation... just like in the real world.

      Except it is possible for peoples of the same race to be at odds over heritage and assimilation.

      Some people don't understand - or want to understand - the difference between racism and what could be called culturalism, so they label everything and anything racism. Just like in the real world.

      Race is an illusion, it doesn't exist. Racial identity, ethnic identity, national identity are all bs divisions that powerful people use to maintain power by riling people up by preying on their fears. So you can get semantic about it and call it something else, but the one thing all of them have in common is that the artificial divisions are only embraced by the weak, the stupid and the uneducated. Someday, the English language might be replaced in America by Spanish, so what, it was almost German instead of English to begin with. Someday the entire world may be culturally Chinese, so what? Culturalism and racism are exactly the same thing, dumb. There is no such thing as culture. Would you say Spaghetti and meatballs is culturally Italian? Why? It uses pasta and meatballs that came from China and Southern Asia (the oldest meatball recipe is Chinese and dates to around 30BC, and it uses tomatoes that originated in South America and were brought to Europe by the Spanish. It literally has nothing Italian and yet we live with the illusion of cultural identity so now it's Italian. It wasn't even started in Italy, it's a US dish. The same goes for all cultures so it's actually your viewpoint that is shallow and quite literally indefensible. There is no coherent argument for either race or culture existing. Everything we see and do is just a snapshot of that particular time during the flow of history and trade goods. Just ask the Romans.

      If race is an illusion then you are no different than an ant. Genetics is a reality, and genetics is what makes organisms, including species, race, sub-races all different. And I love mine, hate other cultures. It is inborn, and most of the time that is what I find amongst people: specific inborn behaviourisms according to their ethnicities and or cultures. It is an interesting thing to behold, be it utter evil or wonderful.

    Shame the house appears invisible for me aswell. There is clutter, the tent and all that outside but the house's walls are invisible + when I get in I fall thru the floor. It looks really nice in the pics so shame it won't work (for me, atleast)

    E: Well, I should've tried it before commenting anything.. but the 1.1 version does not have the invisibility issues, neither does it have the issue with falling when entering It looks awesome!

    May I ask what ENB you are using? It looks gorgeous. I love this house, btw. Roleplaying as Ciri currently and this is just too charming.

    I just created a new savegame, running only Alternate Start-Live Another Life and no other mods.

    The house appears invisible.

    The door and the yard static clutter items are present. Trees in the vicinity float. When interacting with the door, I did in fact fall through the world, meaning that the house model itself is missing from its cell.

    I cleaned the mod via tes5edit after this test and there were quite a number of itms removed. I undeleted and disabled references.

    This didn't do anything.
    I coc'd into the cell with the same result-- falling through the world until managing to click on the door to the outside. I was not able to check on any other activators.

    I looked over tes5edit a bit but have no expertise. Something seems weird with the formid of the cabin interior-- is its parent itself?

    I love the look of all your player homes, though i still think you should make a kaer morhen player home
    if you ever do, I think using a world space that looks like the fort dawnguards path somewhere in the forgoten vale would be neat to make it seem very secret locationny. keep up the awsome mods ^-^

    the screenshots seem wonderful but not only the house walls are invincible when I get there, I fall through the floor and I can't see anything when I get in

    Is there no storage or cooking in the house? Looks cozy but when I looked at the mod, with all the cooking locations, none of them allow me to cook. And the shelves both inside and out are purple. Trees around the area are off as well, meaning they are about 4 feet off of the ground.

      Since they are static objects and not vanilla objects its not really possible to animate them myself. The trees being off has to do with baked objects in game saves :/

      Fixed the shelf textures, though.

      Btw, baked meshes means that they are baked into your game save. So, if you start a new game it should fix it, or you can use "markfordelete", but that will delete the objects.

      Just trying to help, but you shouldn't ever delete anything added in a mod or from the vanilla game - everything you don't want should be disabled instead. The "disable" command does the same thing as deleting but leaves the record intact just in case it is referenced by anything else so as to prevent CTD's. This is why when you are instructed to clean a plugin with TES5Edit you Undelete and Disable References (bringing them back from deletion and disabling them instead.)
