Balimund is my greatest love in Skyrim. The first thing after escaping from Helge? I'm run to Riften to marry him. My own Canon - I'm marrying him and only him for 6 years! So thank you very much for what you made him even more attractive :3
Wow, six years, huh? I don't marry often in Skyrim but always planned to hook up with Balimund at least once. Don't know why I haven't yet. He's really one of the nicest npc's in game. Glad to have made him a bit more pleasing to look at for you!
Don't want to be that guy, but could you convert this to SSE? I'm currently using the mod straight up anyway and it's working fine (although I haven't checked if there's anyone with a case of the grayfaceitis). A proper conversion with the right form version number and with its own page on the SSE nexus would be much appreciated.
Honestly, I'm just not interested in playing SSE after a brief peek when it was released and don't know the first thing about converting to get things working there. I've just shared mods that I've made for myself in Classic. And honestly, there's such little interest in vanilla male overhauls, that's it's not worth my time.
Aww, but I totally understand that sentiment. I guess in my case it was a bit different, because in my first playthroughs of oldrim I rushed through the story, and never really stopped to smell the roses, so I view SSE as a chance to take things much slower (also it helps that I've switched over to english from italian, so it's basically a whole new game for me)
Agreed -- this is the best Balimund yet (and there are surprisingly few makeovers for him), but I wish someone would remove his awful porn-stache. Ondrea, great job and thank you for this mod, anyway!
Thank you both. Balimund was my initial motivator to make some changes. I had searched in the past and never could find much. The non-main male characters don't get much attention I guess.

Yeah, it's a tough call on whether or not to keep Balimund's crazy 'stache. I can see how it sort of makes him "him," but it's also just ... awful. But, he still does look great in this mod! My Dragonborn just wants to chase after him with her dagger and some shaving soap.

LOL Yeah and on Ainethach too. I did rid them on Quintus. I'm not a fan of them either. I just was hesitant to stray too far in changes that they weren't recognizable.
I'll do a happy dance! I don't think it will hurt, and I really love how you've stayed true to their original look, but still improved on them. That's the best.
