Good looking follower, but i'm not really getting any sort of Jack The Ripper vibe from it.

Seems like It's just a name you appropriated for absolutely no reason.

Also, is there a custom voice for this follower?

  She might be based of Assassin of Black/Jack the Ripper from Fate/Apocrypha. There they have the body of a small girl… but are actually an amalgamation of the souls of over 10000 unborn children thrown into the water of the White Chapel area in London by the prostitute who were supposed to be their mother.
