And so, i don't installed the Gonduin castle and i got quick CTD by entering to a cave, because i think, your esp-file haves few deleted navmeshes from Gonduin castle plugin. Anyway, i have one suggestion - correct load order master-files (see USLEEP for example) for your CK, just change timedata for Hearhfire.esm or Dragonborn.esm by any files-management programm. Yes, of course, i have fully licensed and installed Legendary Edition, but RU version. Also installed USLEEP 3.0.0, SKSE 1.7.3 and a little (~20) other mods (all cleaned by TES5Edit), exclude any ENB or animations even (for my game i use simple UNP-bodyset). Anyway, many english big-mods (Maids II, Anna NPCs 2 for example) works almost "perfectly" (if don't mind language) for me. I check original mod always, before translation "for private use only". BTW, versions 1.1 & 1.2 seems identically. Now i think, i don't have some "requirement" for your mod, but i have "last hope" - TesvCheckEspFiles tool, maybe will see your mod some later by this tool.
P.S. - Console command coc aaaaCastleAddon - CTD, coc aaaasaveguard works, but nothing to do then and near door (second screenshot) with chainring some models/textures unavailable.
