There's a README text included on the main file that addresses the installation and the re-texture option
But my Tip is: ~You can extract the files from of this mod and go to TEXTURES > CLOTHES > REDGUARD ~The alternate re-texture of the hood was placed on a separate folders within the REDGUARD folder ~Choose 1 of what you wanted then replace the redguardhat.dds present on the REDGUARD folder with the one that you have chosen ~Make a new folder named DATA then place (the extracted) both Esp and TEXTURE folder onto that ~Now make the DATA folder that you just made to be Archived that turns it to a Zip file (assuming you have WinRAR to begin with) ~Rename the DATA zip file that resembles the mod. ~You can now install the mod (the one you just modified) using any Mod manager that you were using.
In game, the Alikr hood's color has now been changed.
I don't think you'll answer since it's been a while this mod came out, but I was wondering if you could make them as non-replacer please, because I'd like to have the choice between armored or not and between the different colors ?
Apparently the different "look" doesn't work for female toons? Using this on my current toon, it's just the same "ragged dirty" look, not the look of your 3rd, 4th, and 5th screenshots....
I did as told in the readme, the new textures work but the the hoods are still not recodnised as armor. I allready had an enchanted Alik'r hood in my inventory... any idea why it not work? EDIT: Lol I just found out I have to click "Data files" in the launcher to enable this mod, works good now. Just what I was looking for!
