First off (let's get the bad part over with first), I had to tcl to get into the armory because I couldn't find anyway to open the gate except on the other side of it. The home was a little hard to find. I was expecting something more noticeable but the idea is good since it does tie in with a very well hidden home theme. I don't use General Displays so I had to install that to use this which I wish I didn't have to do.
Now onto the good part. OH MY STARS! I love love love the atmosphere and the minimalist environment! Clutter is nice but sometimes it is way over done so I LOVE the minimal approach to the place. Everything is very well laid out, easy to find and no mucking about to find anything. This would be a perfect spot for the Guild Starter mod if you are playing more of "shady" or "evil" type character (or want one of your guilds to be "shady" or "evil" ) since the roleplay aspect of it is awesome!
I like the central location of it. It is out of the way of most mods I have seen for that area and easy to travel other parts of Skyrim from there. I tend to have homes (house mods since I don't care for the game homes) all over Skyrim for storage, vampire feeding, placing my Guilds, etc. So this is a welcomed addition to my load order. I have been looking for a good home for Riverwood with no luck. Most have way too much clutter, way too modern, way too many loading screens from room to room, etc. So this is absolutely perfect. Thank you for uploading and sharing it with us.
As far as General Displays goes I don't know how to do what general displays does so I had to keep it in there. I do understand not wanting to clutter up your load order with yet another mod. Happy hunting and good luck with your guild.
I'm still trying to find the "perfect" place to house my Guildstarter guild (a year later now, jfc), so this being big and like zero said, pretty barren/empty is a GOOD thing. Most inns and player homes are too tight and cluttered to cram in 10 (usually additional) npcs. I also finally got around to trying Better Vampires, so my guild will likely end up a coven, so the theme of this place is great~ Definitely trying this out later.
Have you had any quirks with all those manikins yet? Mine tend to scatter or use things in the building if I have more than 2-3 in the same cell. :$
I rotate the cell ever so slightly as I'm making it and for some reason that tends to keep that from happening. Also try out http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10652/? if you don't already use it.

If there are any problems report them here and I'll try and fix them.
General Displays is needed for the trophy room. If you don't have it your game will CTD.
Again, the only thing I've ever done in the CK is make this house. I'm a very basic modder. Please don't be too tough on me if this house sucks.
