So im having an issue with both files installed most of the drawers, cabinets,or even the closet bedroom sections won't let me put stuff in and stays empty for some reason I have tried using quick loot(no ctd but still won't open or let me put some stuff in it) has anyone been thru this if so please tell me the solution or if not jst want to address the issue overall like Birchwood manor a lot espically the design.
I just stumbled over this mod a short time ago and have been kicking myself for not finding/using it before. Discovered it while searching for the description of Cynn's Honeyside (so I could check on which house furnishings did and did not need to be purchased on the attempt before the current playthrough attempt).
Such a very nice place, with tons of thoughtful and cool touches! So while it took a few years, endorsed.
I love this home but I'm having an issue with adoption. The children won't come to the property, they just hang out in their city. Is there a way to fix this?
Hi great mod, I have found some issues unfortunately everything is white and purple. Beds, Doors and so forth, is there something I can do to fix this? I did the one patch so that at least all the walls are there now... Help appreciated thanks!
As long as you downloaded both the main file and the update, it should be fine...it sounds like you maybe only have the update esp and not the bsa from the main file.
Hello, not sure if you still work on this mod but i found an incompatibility.
The mod "Quick Loot" seems to sometimes cause a CTD when interacting with containers in the house, and the biggest offender seems to be the ingredient storage on the second floor of the greenhouse.
This is my favourite house mod ever! I have one issue though, I can't place the elder scroll (dragon) on the display. It says 'you lack the required item' is there a fix to this?
It's a bug that sometimes you end up with the wrong version of the scroll after finishing the quest. The only thing to do is add the correct version of the scroll using the console. The item ID for the correct scroll was mentioned somewhere earlier in these comments ...I'll look for it in the morning.
I have it set to never rain in the Birchwood worldspace, so if you're getting any rain at all another mod is definitely doing something. I haven't used True Storms in ages though, so I'm not sure if that would be the culprit.
Now I understand, thanks. I read your notes wrong. I thought you had altered a setting to allow you to sit inside and watch the rain out the window (which would be very cool!), so I triggered rain in the Birchwood Manor cell using the console. My bad.
I think I've seen mods where people have added custom player houses whose interiors are part of the world space and yet the roof does block the rain. I've looked through so many, but I seem to remember some type of one-room cabin near Whiterun as advertising that feature.
My Cliffside Cottage mod and all of my small house mods are in the Tamriel worldspace, and do block the rain/snow if that's something you're looking for.
Great work on this one, Cynndal I'm still having the issue that antlucasexe posted below (the overpowering blue lighting and night). I'm using Purity, kind of a dumbed-down ENB, as well as the Purity waterfall and water fix. I'm continuing to test and will report back when I nail down the culprit. Did you update with a fix for this yet?
EDIT: OK, not enough coffee, apparently. I'll try 1.8 and see if that fixes the blue night lighting in the space. I'm pretty sure the issue was caused by Purity's Brighter Nights patch.

Just a tiny update to fix the textures on the cellar doors
Fixed an issue that could cause the lighting to look bad with some ENBs. If you don't have issues with the lighting, you don't need to update.
