THIS MOD WORKS PROPERLY ONLY ON NEW GAME
1) DESCRIPTION This mod gives an alternative level progression curve for players: the initial level growth is slow, but level progression is more linear and from 35th level the levelcap is lesser than vanilla version. So you must gain more xp (skill improvement) than vanilla for every levelup from 1th to 34th level, but after 35th level your needed XPs for levelup progressively go down respect vanilla version. I find this solution more equilibrated and satisfactory.
1. First i would like to thank you for uploading those mods on Nexus, as they are in my opinion lost treasures. Without a doubt, they are what we truely need for a Skyrim close to a Requiem like. What i love the most is the fact that they are scriptless, and is very friendely toward other mods, compared to Requiem which requires a bajillion compatibility patches. They "flow" with vanilla's philosophy, and doesn't want to bent it to their will.
2. I would however understand, how does the mod technically work? I would use it with MLU Skyrim Uncapper's for Ordinator, but i don't really understand what it changes with XP. The thing is if it's something that can be tweaked with SkyTweak, then i wouldn't really have to welcome it in my load order.
Thank you for your contribution, it's appreaciated.
You are welcome. This mod makes these changes to game settings: -------------------------VANILLA------------EBELR----- fXPLevelUpBase------- 75.0 -------------- 475.0 ---- fXPLevelUpMult------- 25.0 --------------- 14.0----- ------------------------------------------------------------ You may find a deep explanation of Skyrim experience formulae here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Leveling To be short: at low levels you have to gain a lot of experience (than vanilla progression) to level up. But at high levels you have to gain much (but not too much as vanilla system) experience for leveling up. It's related to ERSO philosophy. Sorry, I don't use Skytweak. I can't help here.
Disabled the ESP of this mod because the leveling was extremely slow, and needed to buff some perks given that playing with unleveled zones and everything tears appart a low level mage and, now i can't level up any more, exp bar fills and i get the level up message but in the skill menu i dont get the level up option...
Because I'm going to upload a new "concept" of ERSO (a new version), that is more simple for modders and players (yeah, also for players) to mantain updated. ERSO was an hell to update for modder (for a single .esp - there are dozens and dozens - the modder have to upload a 7zipped file 150MB+...) and also for players (think to low connection users). At the end, my system will appear more rational and sustainable. Trust me.
I still don't get why it's considered better or more satisfying than vanilla level up. This mod apparently makes higher level character level up too easy and lower level character level up too slowly, is that right? If so, which point is better than vanilla?
In vanilla Skyrim you may levelup a lot after only 1 hour of game. On contrary, the high-end level up is very slow. This curve gives you a more equilibrated level-up. Difficult at low levels, and not frustrating at high level.

You may find a deep explanation of Skyrim experience formulae here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Leveling
To be short: at low levels you have to gain a lot of experience (than vanilla progression) to level up. But at high levels you have to gain much (but not too much as vanilla system) experience for leveling up.
It's related to ERSO philosophy.
Sorry, I don't use Skytweak. I can't help here.
I think that you troubles are related to other issues.
Moreover, I suggest you to decrease by 50% skill gain with Skyrim Uncapper mod.
This curve gives you a more equilibrated level-up. Difficult at low levels, and not frustrating at high level.
