Hopefully this will reach a few people who actually read the posts. If anyone wants the fox ear retexture it can be obtained through the Follower version of this mod, just fallow this path. My Computer/ Windows C:/ Program Files x86/ Steam/ steamapps/ common/ Skyrim/ Data/ Textures/ calyps/ animal-ears. Then use the textures from the Holo follower mod and replace the files in there.
Also as an added thought, when I first inatalled the HDT tails I had a problem with the tail floating and not attaching to my characters body. If you have this same problem then go to Nexus and get the latest versions of FNIS, and the XPMS Skeleton. That should fix the problem.
Here it is there is a little different on face detail, but Ive tried my best. maybe someone can teach me how to make it more close to my original character.
I don't get it, is the save file for the original character deleted? If so, that's unfortunate, if that wasn't the case it would have been just as easy as exporting the npc and making some changes in the CK.
It's actually not that easy if using ECE(Im not sure if Racemenu is easy to do it), not only me but someone who has made a few popular follower mods also couldn't fix the neck length and head size problem of it, and I can't find a tutorial about it. This problem only be mention in ECE's publish page, I did it as he said but couldn't fix it, or I just did wrong on it. I cant really understand witch value to change in NifSkope.

If you would have done a "search google for this image" you would have found the original picture that was made by rm8rockman, the picture you are referring to is also found on this site and the author is rm8rockman. I only know that he/ she is the original creator because I have been corresponding with them about this mod in particular. Do your research before you comment.

I know I have been bugging you for the past few days and I am sorry, but how did you get the texture for the ears? I noticed in your screenshots that the ears are the correct color and when I load the character she has the "fox ears", but they do not have the same texture as the pics. Any idea why? Very good mod btw, I am LOVING THIS CHARACTER!!!!
Oh that texture was PS by myself, it's included in follower's file, honestly I make it really rough... and it's okay not really bother me, feel free to ask, Ill answer if I can.

If you use ECE to get her then save, you can go back to RaceMenu. I have the same problem, and this is a nice workaround. Just dont go into RaceMenu once she is made.
This mod seems to be nice but could you pls enable it for nmm too? My whole pc crashed one because of my mauel installation "skills" (and my not very smart parents who crashed it afterwards literally)...

This is the save file, so you need to put it in your skyrim save folder (Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Saves or smth like that). If you fail with this, theres nothing that can help you.
set this up right and the Companions should fall all over themself to have you with them Plus be able to remove the curse and become the new source of the power for the Compainions
