1) SHORT DESCRIPTION
Vanilla Races Redone Reborn (VRRR) is a classic vanilla race overhaul (as a standalone ERSO module). With this mod races are truly differentiated (changes affect player AND NPCs). Each race has: - different stamina/magicka/health regen rates, - different and more realistic carry weights, - different stats, - new abilities and weaknesses, - different movement speeds (related to body and height), - new different heights, - a bit longer powers. Now the choice of a race affects truly the future player specialization. In Skyrim there aren’t anymore Oblivion classes, so by VRRR character development is related to his nature.
I like the idea of this Mod. However, gender differences should be greater. I see females are slightly smaller, Should be more in my opinion, in the real world, females are ALWAYS shorter than me with the rare exceptions and I`m not that tall. Their stats should be slightly less too regarding strength, endurance and speed (except perhaps in the case of magic). Don`t let the feminists tell you different.
Also, even with females having lower stats, a level 15 female warrior would still kick the ass of a level 5 male warrior, so it`s not like a female would be useless.
Maybe you`ll consider changing that if you`re brave enough? Sigh.. I have noticed over the past decade how EVERYONE is afraid to make females more realistic, they have to be the same as males or "sexist". It is now easier to make race differences than gender differences when females and males are clearly more different than men of different races. sad.

Maybe make an optional genderised version? heck I`d even donate to you if you did. Something I don`t do as a rule.
Considering whether to start a new game with this or not... decisions, decisions...
Actually i agree. That would be more realistic. I think Morrowind had it that way too, but you know how society is today: Anything that shows females as weaker than males is "sexist"- They better call Nature sexist then, because Reality has it that way too.
Is this mod compatible with Character Creation Overhaul (21587) by syclonix ? From that one's compatibility section I understand that it is, but yours says the opposite through generalization: mods that change races.

5) INSTALL WITH MOD ORGANIZER? (ONLY) if you have trouble try these steps: In MO/settings/plugins/fomod, set prefer to ‘false’ instead of true. It will run the external installer and so It should works.
However, when the file is actually downloaded MO states there's no valid game data and the mod is greyed out. Is this normal? Or has something gone wrong?
Eheh.. actually, I took another look and I have a few suggestions concerning skills as well...
These suggestions are based on lore and past games.
Argonians - drop Pickpocket, add Alchemy (Shamanistic society, born of trees, potions are more effective on them) Bretons - +10 Conjuration, drop Alchemy High Elves - +10 Enchanting, drop Speech Imperials - +10 Speech, drop Destruction Redguards - drop Lockpicking, add Alchemy (They resist poisons because they are proficient in making them)
seems that Mature skin texture and body for UNP(B) 7BASE CBBE Vanilla overwrites some of the race changes, only the elves will have the stat changes. just load this mod before it. figured id save someone the trouble after going through 150 different mods myself!

My only criticisms are:
- Male Bosmer are too tall. In past Elder Scrolls games, they were much shorter than females, about the same height as Breton females.
- Altmer should have weakness to Fire, Frost, and Shock.
- Orsimer should have resistance to magic, not weakness to it.
Actually, if you just switch the Altmer's 10% resist magic with the Orsimer's -15% weakness to magic, it would be accurate.
There is an optional to give magic weakness to Altmer.
I'll think about other your suggestions.

- Reduced Bosmer height
- Argonians = added Alchemy and dropped pickpocket
- Bretons = +10 Conjuration, dropped Alchemy
- High Elves = +10 Enchanting, dropped Speech
- Imperials = +10 Speech, dropped Destruction
- Redguards = dropped Lockpicking, add Alchemy
I don't have increased Orsimer magic resistance 'cause the race would become overpowered.
Yeah, Orsimer always were a little overpowered. I guess it was an offset to them being so ugly. :p
