I'm not the Author of this mod, who gave free permission to player/modder community to use his assets. But I have enhanced it, fixing some wrong typos and making some subtle changes. Have fun with PDCRR finally reborn!

1) DESCRIPTION Populated Dungeons Caves Ruins Reborn (PDCRR) adds about 300 vanilla enemies (mainly skeletons, vampires, draugrs, falmers, giant spiders, dwemer automas, wolves, necromancers, warlocks, trolls) to about 50 interior and some exterior locations into Skyrim. For now some typo errors have been fixed and some tweak added (attention to warg bite). PDCRR should be 1oo% compatible with most of your mods (and, sure, USKP and USLEEP too). It's fully compatible with Skyrim Legendary Edition.
No it is not. One OR the other is fine. But if the description says its compatible with USLEEP and it does not recognise it as a master, then there is a problem.
I use MO. When I disabled the plugins for the unofficial patches to check which mods required them as masters, this mod was flagged. It says that Skyrim.esm and Update.esm are masters and it ALSO says that USKP is a missing master.
The Tonycubed version ends with Legendary version 2.0 This one ends with Reborn version 2.01
I downloaded 4 of the Reborn mods. This is the only one doing this. Will be running the swap masters script in a while and will report what TES5edit says.
Ok. My bad. Sorry for the wrong info. It seems i still had the old version of this mod in my load order and did not realise it. That version is called Populated dungeons...for USKP and was listing USKP as a master. My apologies again.

Looks like there's a spare Blackreach change in the file. That Cell in the original ESP does not appear to have any changes. Perhaps the CK left its mark again when clicking on a cell.

(ONLY) If you have trouble to install the mod try these steps:
In MO/settings/plugins/fomod, set prefer to ‘false’ instead of true.
It will run the external installer and so It should works.

Maybe you are talking about another thread (i.e. Tonycubed version of Erkeil's original mod) ?

EDIT: that mod may be named "LEGENDARY", but it includes exactly ZERO locations from either DB or DG
