There is a glitch just fyi during the dark brotherhood quests. You can't get past the gourmet section where you give the emperor poison as the lady won't talk to you cause you aren't a recognizable race. I disabled the mod and that fixes the quest, but now even after reenabling the mod I am a face less nord ;-; please help! Lol. This is on Ps4 remastered version.
Those values are actually in relation to the Creation Kit. I probably should have clarified that. Thanks for the input! I just double-checked and yes, the stats have a base value of 50 points each. For instance, the starting HP, Magic, and Stam for Breton's and virtually every other playable race in the game is set at 50. For the Garbon I figured that they deserved a tiny bit less HP due to being so small, and more Stam due to being so small and agile.

it's more like:
Starting Health: 40 (-60)
Starting Magic: 50(-50)
Starting Stamina 60 (-40)
Starting stats are base 100 in all, not base 50 in all.
