Whenever I try to run this, and even the Skyrim version it's based off of, I get this error:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
I've tried changing the permissions, running as administrator, moving them to different directories... Nothing seems to be working. I've had this problem before with other (unrelated) .exe's, and I can never figure out what the problem is. Any help would be appreciated.
Reading the description (of both mods) would answer your question "He decided to leave his tool simple as it is, so I decided to make my own with more features..." - Zjem
I read the description. It says, the tool deletes all non vanilla files. That is exactly what Nixsys mod does. No other features are mentioned. Soooo.... any other good ideas? The future plans are just future plans and even if they will be added, the main core of the tool is still to remove non vanilla files.
Firstly, you get a list of identified files for deletion (just in case) Nixsys tool just delete files. Secondly I use multi threading to avoid interface freeze, etc. My tool give the user more information about what is happening after user clicks "Start" button, and do not throw nasty exceptions if program will not be able to delete file for some reason. In the future I will add some more features (I personally would like to see)
