sadly it still stays after deleting ESP. Even went to download the same combat regen as default file and still wont regen in combat, not a biggie, but the esp was gone in the first place, yet the change stayed.
Wow, I forgot I had even uploaded this mod and just got a notification that I had a new comment on it and holy crap there's like 4,000 downloads. I'm surprised that people are still playing the original version of Skyrim. It's been years, but if I remember correctly this ESP modifies the player actor, which is likely stored within the save file. If you're familiar with XEdit you can look at which records the ESP changes, edit those records back to the vanilla values, load the game and see if that corrects it.
Thanks for replying, sadly that means really nothing to me as I cant open the save file with anything to edit said values. Only thing I can do was open the mod in TES5Edit and try to change the value of a mod to default but still no good. If you dont hang around on mods anymore then don't worry about it
Not sure if this is a bug, but the no combat regen one completely nullifies regeneration potions. The only potions you can heal with are the ones that work instantly.
Necro AF, But I imagine this is because regeneration potions work by increasing your health regeneration by a factor of your base, meaning if your base health regeneration is zero, it increases by zero.
Does this mod render Health regeneration potions useless? A % increase to your health regeneration will do nothing if the health regeneration it buffs is zero
Does this work with something like requiem that already messes with health reg? I like the option to heal when resting as oppose to never as is the case in requiem.
I want to install the Heal Over Time option. But is it going to work with mods like Disparity or Skyrim Redone - Races? Meaning that the default regen is your mod, but the argonians regenerate, and the blessing stones that add health regen will work. From what I see it will work, but I want to ask your opinion to make sure.

More collateral damage than a bug.
A % increase to your health regeneration will do nothing if the health regeneration it buffs is zero
