Besides unofficially requiring all 3 DLCs, does this require the updated USLEP or the 4 legacy UKSP patches? The mod author(s) never answered this question directly anywhere on this forum.
The Reborn version of this mod does not detect the player faction in the civil war, so both sides are your enemies if you take part in battles. Is that fixed here?
Greetings. Probably next to nothing. Of all the mods I adopted, I have done the least with 5his one and the dragon ones. They are straight ports. I did a crazy lot with populated hell edition, but not this one.
Sure. But.. There is no Civil War hell edition. I stayed away from trying to develop that mod any further. The civil war quest was simplified by bethesda and is a linear affair with few true choices. They had a more complex quest in mind but then decided not to do it. They made it a far simpler affair. My specialty is monster mods, mods that add hostile npcs. Civil War is not like that, so i never had any interest in it. i have no mods that make Civil War better. One person who did was Apollodown, who made a great effort to finish what bethesda started. He got pretty far and many liked it but he has taken his mods down. You may be able to find a link on the internet.
Other than that, if you want that kind of mod for old skyrim, I suggest this one:

I never got far enough in Skyrim to see which mod gives best experience. I would suggest posting in Skyrim section in reddit. Pretty sure you will get lots of advice there. The crown can be rough there, but many do help.
when i download this it says version 1.1 and clicking on it in NMM doesn't take me to this page is that normal? never mind just saw your answer at the bottom.

i find Civil War Overhaul 4.03 in 1 site and i downloaded
but i dont know witch mod give best experience with BIG War
