This is a journal that will contain information about all investigated effects of ingredients and will be updated as you progress in alchemy.
It can't be used as a cheat, because it contains only known effects.
How to get
It can be crafted at tanning rack with 3 Rolls of Paper and 1 Leather.
Compatibility
Should be compatible with everything - custom ingredients, effects, "Learn Alchemy From Recipes" mod, it doesn't matter how do you learn effects.
If you use Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade, enable "Tools & Utility" to make Alchemist's Journal visible in tanning rack menu.

- You will need to craft journal again.
Notes on translation
- File alchemistjournal_<language>_2.txt must have same encoding as used in esp. It is usually specific code page for Skyrim LE and Utf-8 for Skyrim SE.
