I really wanted to use her.. but there is a conflict with Mion ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/86247 ) :/ It took me a week to track down which mod (out of 250) was messing up Mion (and MO isn't detecting any overwrites/conflicts, so no idea what the issue is)...
I don't usually use the Anime-style followers but she is just too adorable to pass up. I can just imagine her facial features pass more for young and babyfaced. ;)

I use a UUNP Zeroed Slider preset and BodyGen to morph individuals. So I swapped out her body meshes and gave her the latest XPMSE skeleton.
The only adjustments I had to make because of the new skeleton was to make her head bigger and to lower it (make her neck shorter) and this was easily done using EFF as follower framework.
This keep her somewhat similar to a UNPB size, but......cleavage.
Advantage is that all armor and clothes in my game are BodySlided to the same Zeroed Slider preset with morph files generated. So all armor and clothes fit no matter what body shape they are going onto.
I still haven't installed FLP as I am a bit afraid it will not go well with EFF, but that's just me. I hate having to start over
