Sorry for bothering... I have all the mods required for it and mods that are needed for those mods, but I cant make her look like this. She just looks old and "skyrim elvish"...
I tried reinstalling Skyrim as a whole because I had thousands of other mods but its still the same. Can it be RaceMenu and ECE fighting each other?
Take Nihel - a follower mod destruction mage with firebolts, etc. Edit. Win.
It's a competent follower mod already in existence, no sense reinventing the wheel. If you do this and plan to upload it here, be sure to get original mod's perms.
