Started on a new version a while back but it kinda got pushed aside for more important projects, not fully back on 3D atm because of the summer. I want the new version to include Kingsmourne
Tried to port this, Doomhammer, and Ashbringer over to SSE the other day. All the mods I managed to transfer and those three were the wouldn't work. Hoping that your close to finishing porting them over, but at the same time I don't want to rush you. I've got plenty of other mods to distract me.
Honestly my favorite mod i got a few years back, cannot wait to see this beauty in SE someday~ Honestly though your mods are a thing of beauty, you are the reason i got into skyrim modding in the first place, you are awesome.
This mod works perfectly in Special Edition by just taking a few minutes of your time.
Download this mod, unpack the .bsa file and covert the meshes with the .nif converter/optimizer on SSE nexus.
Add the meshes and textures folders to your SSE folder. Add the .esp and open with the Creation Kit as an active file (by itself) and once everything is done loading (click yes to everything), save the file.
And that’s it. Should be able to open console (search ‘help Shala’ Without the quotation marks) and add the item.
Hopefully the wonderful author won’t have to answe any more questions regarding this. Enjoy!
Only problem I have when I convert it that way is the glowing fiery textures in the middle of the weapon don't same to show properly (the effect_d textures). Same problem happened with the Sulfuras weapon whenever I unsheathed it; after I converted it for SSE. Luckily I discovered the author created one himself for SSE.
Anyways I just removed the effect entirely from the nif files till Shalamayne gets converted too eventually...
