Sorry for my absence. My career has gotten in the way, and I have found less time for modding. I will not make any promises, but I do hope to return to some of these projects!
Region specific bandit gear is in progress and will appear as a separate mod. It will also take a little time to complete, so have patience! I promise it will be worth the wait! Also, I have plans to make higher resolution textures, with finer leather for this mod

Nobody can do it but you, this is your mod. I was thinking something similar, where only certain bandits wear it -- not a replacer, because there are so few items in the game already. The fur armor is the most used armor in the game, next to iron and leather.
