    Still not getting why this is needed? Just makes all difficulty levels the same of adept level?

      Technically, its not needed at all. And yeah, you are absolutely right, that IS all it does.

      It's just a small tweak I made for my own game, because I wanted it.

      From what I understand, it makes the DAMAGE the same for all difficulty, not enemy HP;
      By increasing game difficulty level by in-game options, you risk in first 30-40 levels many one-shots;
      I myself like more difficult enemies but one-shot concept seems very ugly to me;
      By using mods like this you can increase the resilience of the enemy without increase risk of receiving one shot's;
      A player character is fairly powerful in beginning of a fight (when magika - stamina - hp bar are full, so increasing enemy resilience is probably the most rudimentary but still efficient way to increase game difficulty).
