After days of considerations I've decided to release her as a preset for Racemenu mod. Please be nice to her or I'll throw a cruse upon you.

Real Girls Texture by Zonzai and Seren4XX
I recommend to not to overwrite her original EEO normalmaps. This will cause neckseam but it leaves her elfy features.
After installing EEO and RG textures (or whichever you like, but I recommend RG), please copy file from this location-> "Data\textures\Actors\character\Ethereal\Highelf\femalehead_msn" to overwrite this file here -> "Data\textures\Actors\character\highelffemale\femalehead_msn".

I also recommend here to overwrite her face normalmaps with EEO High elf normals.
Body and hands NORMALMAPS:
Mature skin texture and body for UNP(B) 7BASE CBBE Vanilla by Maevan2
I have my preset saved with these. I have no idea if it's conneted with the hands and body color mismatch.

Her original eyes are not on Nexus anymore so I painted them myself. Tried to be as close to the original as possible. Her textures are included in the Data folder. Just remember to activate the esp file.

How to use?
After downloading and installing all mods mentioned above.
Follow these steps:
1. Download my mod with NMM or manualy let my mod's Data folder overwrite your Skyrim Data folder.
2. Open Skyrim using SKSE.
3. Load any working save file.
4. Open the console.
5. Type showracemenu.
6. Select the High Elf race.
7. Look for the slide option "presets".
8. Press F9 to load presets and select braenn.jslot and hit enter.
9. Enjoy.
