I love the style of this house, but for a long time I had to choose between this one and your Onboro House because they are both in the same location, the exact spot. Yesterday I finally got around to moving the Round Window Cabin somewhere else, to a nice, clear spot outside of Riverwood. Today I finished by adding some flora to the area. I love this home even more now because I can have both this one and Onboro at the same time, both such beautiful player homes.
I have a lot of player homes, 4 of them in a cluster outside the western gate of Riverwood (Riverwood Hunting Cabin, The Good Witch Shack, Vuoski, and now this one), this location feels more complete as a small extension to Riverwood's neighborhood.
very sweet home to anyone disheartened bc of the lack of anvil simply use jaxonz positioner to copy the anvil from warmaiden's and drop it wherever you please outside your cabin !
This is one of the best small houses on the Nexus! It's cozy, but not cramped, and the enchanting and alchemy stations make it very convenient for an alchemist or Wild Mage-type character. It's absolutely delightful - I wouldn't mind living in a similar place irl!

To all who want an anvil.
Install Jaxonz Positioner, duplicate any anvil in Skyrim, bring it home, place it wherever you want it , and voilá.
The only detail I would add is maybe an anvil and smelter outside. Just to complete the blacksmith area.
But otherwise this house is perfect, couldn't be happier!
