Ive been fiddling with CBBE models; the results I am getting for now arent encouraging so I am going to put that on the backburner for a bit.
@Macp90: I cant really mess with the armor meshes that much; what I could do is swap the character's left pauldron (the bigger one) for the horned scaled armor pauldron, you know, the one with half a dead goat nailed to it. If you or anyone else would like to see that, let me know and I can do it.
Very nice nice indeed :p Though i would make a small change if i where you. Remove the right shoulder and make the left should bigger and it would look more awesome more barberic. But thats just what i would have done. and maybe add a horn on on the left shoulder.
@TrivialDeath: Its vanilla only ATM, but Id be willing to support CBBE. Currently that would involve removing the iron armor plates around the hips, since noone has adapted Iron armor to fit a CBBE body yet that I know of, so it would hang really loose around the waist.

I have just uploaded a new version that fixes this issue for good, as well as increasing performance.
