Not sure why but when i try to run the game with this mod installed the game crashes after the Bethesda logo. Edit: I'm stupid, didn't download the other file in Apachii Sky Hair that she needed. oops.
just downloaded it and will love to see happens with the guard clothing change I have. From the 3 screen shot you did a very good job. Good to see respectful mods like yours. Plus this will nice change for my 35 time reset.
Her outfit will alter to whatever you change the Whiterun guards outfits to. For example, if you install the latest version of Immersive Armors for NPC's, her armor will change to the Warchief armor (without helmet because she's wearing the Whitrun Guard outfit without the helmet).
And I just thought that making her look like a supermodel didn't fit the character, as presented. She's tough and not concerned with the opinions of others. She wouldn't have hair that takes an hour to prepare in the morning, lol.
Yah, that was the idea. Well, that and I think the leather armor is the ugliest armor in the game
If you have any pics of her in your game upload 'em. I imagine she'll look a little different in everybody's games since she's just in the whtierun guard outfit, not a individual set of armor.
Two problems with that. I am away from my gaming computer to a few days into the next year. Secondly something failed since when I visited Dragon reach I saw no change in Ireleth's apperance. That was also the first visit there for that character. That means something prevented the change from taking place. I'll look into it when I get home again, unless someone else had similar problems and fixed it already.

Just re-install it.
I merge all my npc replacers into a single file, as a result I move the .esp's to the "optional" category in Mod Organizer. My dumb ass uploaded the wrong file.
