Thanks for sharing this, I used this for Personalized music mod, I converted few songs and it works good so far. I used .wav format cause my VLC player can't play .xwm good, it has stuttering and static and stuff, so I didn't want to bother trying that format out ingame. Before conversion I used Audacity app to crop/edit song for a bit, then exported to .mp3 .
I wish I could endorse this many times over, I've been using it for a few years and thus far have used this in conjunction with MP3 gain (to ensure all songs play at the same decibel level) and I've made 2 completely new personal versions of More Where That Came From using instructions given to me by OldManMose as well as about a dozen versions of the Classical and Minuteman Radio stations so I can mix things up.
I've played Fallout for something like 6,000 hours so being able to have much more musical variety is a godsend. I never use it for Skyrim though because in the past I always had trouble with custom music in Oldrim (Not sure about SSE or AE). I don't know how much work went into making this program but I thank you very much because it's wonderful and so easy that anyone can use it regardless of expertise level.
Having tested the files in-game I can confirm this works 100%. Thank you so much for this tool. I tried 6 different methods to convert to xwm and this is the only one that worked for me.
Will not work for me. It repeatedly says and I quote, "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
I reinstalled it several times. Reinstalled it in different locations. Tried a multitude of different file types of audio (I started with MP3). I get this same message.

If you get a MSVCR100.DLL error you can get it here:
https://www.dll-files.com/msvcr100.dll.html
Put the dll into the LazyAudio\sys\ffmpeg file
I used this tutorial btw... https://youtu.be/7BVLezUgcG0?si=kWi3gNSOM85Rawgj

EDIT: I followed this guide and it fixed the issue. No idea if the xwm file actually works but I have managed to create one!
