I was curious if there might be any way to utilize this to move from MO1 to MO2. I know it doesn't work that way right now but does anyone how difficult it might be to modify it to work that way if possible?
Thank you! It's a great idea to make such a program. Though, "Sorted until here"... I think I still have a long way to go before I can find a perfect order for my mods with only animations, texture or scripts, but no plugin.
I can't get this to work with Fallout: New Vegas. When I click Start in "Sort modlist like pluginlist" nothing happens except that it creates a debug file if I check that.

I haven't tried it with New Vegas and therefore don't know about any specific quirks, but I should work the same way. The program just seems to stop midway for no apparent reason I am also not really into the subject matter ( and my horribly commented code) anymore, so I sadly can't help you with that. Sorry!

I like the idea of this and gave it a run. It certainly switches stuff about fast and worked out of the box for me!
I keep my textures as a separate batch of mod entries which helps this mod work for me.
My only problem is I merge a lot of mods, and in the sort my esp-removed mods get divorced from their corresponding master mod, and reuniting them takes ages. I'm not sure how you can cater for this sort of thing. If you come up with an idea, it might be a useful addition.
