There is a tool in MO to make an SKSE shortcut on your desktop. That shortcut has a file path that tells MO to run SKSE. My my program interacts with SKSE the exact same way. I hope that answers your question.
Interesting little utility. But... 1. Is it an external installer? Seemingly it leads to some CDN server. Why? 2. Not really clear why you need 'Steam' line - I remember that you can just ask system if Steam.exe process is running. Or find Steam folder through Installed Programs. Though I can't remember how to do it properly - I programmed anything really long time ago. 3. Ability to change active MO profile would be lovely feature. Sorry if I sound rude, I am just tired and english is not my native language.
Thanks for the post. 1. The installer is made with the publish tool provided with visual studio. Honestly it is the portion of this that I am least familiar with. I ran the installer with my PC disconnected from the internet to make sure. Its definitely local. What made you think it lead to a CDN server? 2. The steam line is there simply so I can launch steam with a shell command. The program finds out if steam is running by checking for the SteamService process. This was just the most efficient way I could find to achieve the functionality I was looking for. 3. I don't really use profiles, so I will have to do some research. But that sounds like a good idea. Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a post. I really do appreciate the pointers. '
I could add keyboard shortcuts fairly easily if that would help? I could have the relaunch button triggered by Alt+R and Exit Alt-X... not quite the same. "/ But if you think that would help I will definitely get on that.
