This mod adds a medium sized mansion near Darkwater Crossing.
To activate the drawbridge you can use the hidden presure plate or the regular lever.
the main deck has a couple of invisible markers so your companions can sandbox.
I also changed Darkwater Crossing's entrance to the road, and removed the falmer inside.
the key is on the body of the previous owner, Captain Blackwater. he died a tragic death in a tower very near.
