@Sdoraka, Everything's hardcoded but I have someone providing me with russian translations so I was planning on making localisations but wasn't sure whether to combine it into one or create separate applications. As per your suggestion though, I'll move it all out into an xml file. If you want to send me an email ([email protected]) I'd be happy to talk to you about including the French translations in the next version, otherwise I can easily make it a do-it-yourself job.
@IcedLance Thanks for keeping an eye on the progress just in case you want to download it but by all means carry on having fun just experimenting! That's how they intended the game to be player! ^_^
Great stuff, was keeping a wiki page in bookmarks just in case, but guess now i won't need it. Though atm i'm not really desperate and spend 90% of ingredients (including the rare ones) to discover effects by experimenting. Fun stuff comes out of it, like potions that boost your magic skills but leave you without mana.
I'd like to translate it into french, is there a way you can adapt your mod to support a localization ? something like reading text strings from an external file, where people can translate into their own skyrim language ?
Very slick interface. I also use Alchemy Assistant (by hexorcist). Yours is nice for locations and full listings, theirs is nice for shared effects when learning things quickly...you two should combine forces!
