You should make a version only doing it for guards and soildiers. Although, an occasional pretty stormcloak soldier, and numerous accounts of pretty imperial soldiers.
looks great! could you do a version without the new hairs? i inadvertently have mods that add hairs to most npcs (seems like most mods that change npcs also change hair) so literally about the only people that have vanilla hair are the background npcs...and i like vanilla hair. it's lore friendly and i have couple mods that tweak the shape a bit and the textures so they look good.
It's a possibility in the future, the reason most mods that change npc's change hair is because hair is the first and most noticeable part about most NPCs in Skyrim. I have my hands full with my biggest mod right now, but in time I will revisit these mods.
I'm using all 3 of your retouched mods and I gotta say, thank you. It was weird seeing other NPCs changed by other mods standing next to the neglected ones before you tweaked them. Now my game feels completely different and awesome. Keep up the great work!
your mod are amazing. i like it very much. endorse will you make another retouched after bandit, forsworn, and background npcs ? and how about dawnguard and dragonborn ? i think it needs to retouched too.
Yes, I will continue to make them. After I culminate the vanilla game's NPCs (probably with Warlocks/Necromancers) I will release a complete All-in-One for simplicity's sake.
I agree I think it's fine as is. I was only wondering because the guards in your screenshots don't have helmets on but I guess you were just showing what they look like.

If you just think they're too "good looking", please say so, because I will make a less flashy version for those who dislike highquality hairs.

A version with vanilla hairs would be nice, though, never liked additive hair mods, they all seemed too anime or too modern-looking, etc, etc.
