I do not wish for you to feel insulted so i'll try to keep my comment as clean as possible...
I checked your code in the bat file... and for a lvl 70+ character with end game daedric gear at legendary and 2 enchants on each.. this is an easy fight... of course that would wipe any low lvl or low gear character... but near the end you get so uber that pretty much nothing short of a nuclear explosion can hurt you... ... i also personally dont really like the change of weather as i most of the time always change it manually to get "clear day sky"...
What "uber" character need now is the devkit... to get new monster, with new stats, with new skills, etc... cause even spawning 10 mamoth, 10 giants, 10 elder dragons, 10 werewolf all at once didnt do much challenge...

this mod is extremely hard to beat and i promise you'll be challenged if you try it, ableone. There are level 70 people using cheat spells and still dying. here's the link.
