The new file up includes all humanoid (Humans Elves, just like the first file) including Male and Female Khajiits. Same hair for Khajiits as for humanoids. Same colors, too. No more hair color requests accepted.
I will do Argonian conversions as time allows. They will not include hair, because I think that is insane to ask for. However, I will add in horn styles to suit the hats.
Hey, I'm not expecting much seeing as this is three years too late, but I was wondering if you ever were going to come back and add support for the Argonians? I'm a huge fan of King's Quest, and I'd love to have King Graham's hat as I explore the game. Even if not, thank you you for even making this mod in the first place.
I have used your Archery Hats mod for years now, and I consider it a mainstay of my Skyrim apparel (as you might have guessed by my profile picture).
I have modified your original mod files (for personal use only) by: 1. Altering the blue, green, and leather textures so they are a bit more muted and better match the standard outfits in Skyrim. 2. Making a "circlet" version of the hat so I can use it with non-clipping hairstyles (like the pattern baldness hair styles)
I've uploaded an image of one of my characters in various attire to demonstrate the new textures and circlet version.
I'm not trying to indirectly ask you to do anything with them (though if you want the modified texture dds files, I'm happy to send them to you). I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate your mod.

This is a simple patch for "Archery Hats for Males and Females (Kings Quest)" by SagittariusMoon ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70836 ), specifically for the "Archery Hats Male Female Human Khaj. Black and Red Update 2.0" version. To use my ESP, you have to have the meshes from that version of the original mod.
It does the following:
* Makes the red and black hats (bald and all hair versions), that were added in 2.0, craftable like the rest of them. * Removes the cell changes to the Whiterun Hall of the Dead, which were used in 2.0 to put these hat variants into the game.
It does not do anything else (does not change crafting requirements, etc.). Since these hats provide an armor value, some might prefer that they were crafted at the forge instead of the tanning rack; you can change that yourself if you want to. If you don't care about beast-race versions, don't worry about it. They are not separate items, just additional per-race meshes, so just don't put the hats on Khajiit if you don't want them wearing one. The mod doesn't have Argonian-specific versions.
I do not consider this a mod, it's just my own convenience patch for my own game. All rights and credit are SagittariusMoon's, and if the modder wants me to remove this patch from Mega, I'll be happy to do so. I won't be creating a Nexus page for this patch. I just created it because the various download options for the original mod were a bit confusing, and the hats availability was getting inconsistent. I also don't like modifying vanilla locations without good reason, as it's more likely to result in mod conflicts and other problems.
This looks amazing! Any chance a red hat and white feather combination could be released? Something to match the Royal vampire armor! This is my new favorite head gear for my archer
Currently no, they are not beast race compatible. However, I will look into making the mesh edits for it on the "no hair" hat versions only. Moving the hair mesh around on a khajiit or argonian head would end in disaster for the textures.

The beast hats will be coming soon though. Finishing up the work tonight or in the morning. So keep an eye out.
