The Mod works with the Undead or Summons where i cant absorb souls, but it doesent absorb souls the moment i kill a living Human, only living Animals i can Absorb.
I have a Absorb Soul Enchantment and a Absorb Health Enchantment on my weapon, yet no matter who i kill, i get a message saying cant absorb health instead of telling me cant absorb soul

I'm not sure what would be causing that. The change is just adding a new keyword exception the same way that any other creature or NPC is excepted from being soul trapped. I tested the mod with a custom enchanted dagger with both soul trap and fire and it worked as expected with no "resisted" messages or anything. Skeletons behaves exactly the same as dwarven spiders. Wolves and bandits, however, could be soul trapped normally. Hearthfire and Dragonborn do not add any soul trapping effects that I saw. I overlooked Soul Tear from Dawnguard, though. I'll upload a new version for that.
I've already made that change, but first I'd like you to see if you can figure out why it doesn't work on your end. It's currently compatible with Acquisitive Soul Gems and similar mods, and I'd like to keep it that way if possible. If I need to, though, I can make it a script change, which should fix the problem. But I'd like to know what causes it first.

Sorry to butt in but have you tried swapping 'acquisitive soul gems' for 'smart souls'? They both do the same thing but smart souls is an skse plugin instead and tends to be a little friendlier for compatibility.
